Wedding Invitations

Hi all. After a long time  of me forgetting to post these wedding invitations, here they are. I have finished them a long time ago. My friend at work wanted an Autumn theme. So 300 leaves were cut out, stamped, inked and crushed.
They were put onto cream linen cards. My friend wanted a bit of bling so added some gold rings. The wording were slightly inked. I wanted the effect of the leaves just being dropped. Hope you like them and sorry for the long wait.

Santorini. Greece

Hi all. Just a few pics of our amazing holiday in June. We went to Santorini. Greece. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and my 50th. This place was one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to.

Me and Andy love Greece anyway. The food. The people and the relaxing way the Greeks are. Greece wins any holiday destination for us.

I have also being doing lots of crafting but to be honest I forget I have this blog and forget to post. The photo below is me posing in Oia. Pronounced Ear. Spectacular.

Leaves. Leaves

Hi all. Have been asked to do some wedding invitations. They are for an October wedding and he wanted Autumn leaves. So hubby cut out 300 white leaves and I sat and inked both sides.

They are all done now and I am very pleased with how they all look. Will show the finished invitations later on.

Hello to you all. Been busy making Mother's Day gifts and Easter gifts.
Made these little gift boxes to sell at my fair. Used Raffia to tie them. Added some little Ladybugs that I fell in love with and I am using on my Easter cards.
Hope you like these.

Little jar of flowers.

Hello to you all. As you know I love using jars for my crafts. This is an old spice jar. Not a big fan of dies, but in a previous post love Heartfelt Creations stamps and dies. Vintage morning stamps and Majestic Bloom die.
Stamped all the flowers and die cut them. Coloured with distress inks. Stuck two flowers together and put some florist wire in between. Shaped flowers with water and ball tool. Added gems and then used gilding wax over the centres of the flowers.

Just slightly glimmering.

To get the flowers to stand still in the jar was a nightmare. So wrapped them in a piece of burlap and made some kind of a clump then using Pinflair Gel to stick to bottom of jar.
Added piece of burlap ribbon and a button round middle of jar. Hope you like my mini  creation.
